Having a clear and consistent message of the value you bring to the market will give you an advantage. Know how you are different from the competition and be able to articulate it. Adding massive value is the way to stand out.

3- Surround yourself with A-players

Being around A-players changes your life. You can’t win a championship with B-players. Recruit, retain, and train talent. I don’t just mean hire A-players, I mean attract A-players all around you to bring you up. Show up as an A-player and you will attract A-players

4- Know what you want

Clarity is the key to expansion. There will be tons of opportunities. You have to be clear on what you want so you can block out the noise and tune into the signal. When you know what you want, you can be clear on who you need to become.

You can’t rely on luck; you have to make your own luck. You can’t control what’s happening around you, so you must control what’s happening inside you. Don’t wait and see. Start preparing now.
